Everyone is very nice and friendly. They make me feel comfortable when they greet me. My therapist, Veronica, always asks what I would like worked on and tends to my needs and makes sure I'm doing ok throughout the massage. They even recommended me the sauna before going in through text which I agreed to and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and better after my session. I was able to sleep well that night too!

Can't say enough great things about this company. I've had many massages with multiple therapists, zero complaints. The front office is amazing, friendly helpful staff. I've needed to get a same-day appointment and they went out of their way to take care of me. Recently had my first appointment with Kathleen Robertson, absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and has a very calming demeanor. She ensured to make sure all my areas of issue were addressed and made me feel very comfortable the whole time! Highly recommend!!

Went here for the first time Sat. 2/28/26 and it was awesome. Front desk attendants are super friendly and helpful! Had a two-hour deep tissue with Alek, which was INCREDIBLE. Alek was friendly, a phenomenal listener and a true artist in his craft. The bed was heated, there was free aromatherapy (I chose lavender) and overall the vibes were immaculate. Alek made sure to check in throughout the massage and made me feel 10 years younger! Upon conclusion, the front desk agent was genuinely interested in how the service went and helped explain the benefits of a membership, which I ended up purchasing. I’ll be a frequent customer of Oak Haven and Alek; highly recommend both!

Perrin Wheeler was an attentive therapist. He asked appropriate questions enabling him to massage the areas I most needed worked on. The pressure he used was PERFECT, not too hard and definitely not to gentle. I was extremely comfortable having him do my massage and will ask for him again on my next visit. With regards to the front desk gal, she was so friendly and kind. A great person to be greeted by. The facility is by far one of the best I have been to.

I've been going to Oak Haven since 2017 for massage therapy services. I'm talkin' wwwwaaayyy back like when I was a Barista at the coffee shop that shares the same mini mall space (and wall 😂). Many things have changed, I'm not pulling a manual lever espresso machine no more... but still need help with my upper back as a Licensed Nail Technician my trade puts me in the Shrimp 🦐 position often... but I know I'm in good hands here! I've gotten massages done by Nayla, Starr, Seleah, & Victor all have been VERY helpful! As for frontdesk Abigail, Amanda,Danelle, Lindsey, & Mindy are like OGs now! I've interacted with them the most always helpful, personable and excited to see them! Check this place out, if you haven't already. And the Membership is great! ❤️👌🏼
